Brian and Zac are a father and son team with the experience and education you want in your home inspector. Prior to entering into the home inspection industry, Brian spent 33 years as an Asset Protection and Safety executive with three Fortune 100 companies. Brian has extensive experience in safety, investigating, auditing and managing risk for three Fortune 100 companies. Brian brings exceptional understanding in the home buying process and remodeling as he and his wife Angie have purchased seven homes themselves and have first hand experience in water intrusion, mold remediation, radon, foundation issues and structural concerns. Brian will bring his investigative and risk prevention experience as well as his experience in the home purchasing process to every inspection and provide the client the knowledge to make a well informed home purchase.
Zac has a degree is Fire Safety from Volunteer State University and is proudly serving his community as a fireman and is a certified EMT. Zac will bring his education and experience in building science as well as his fire prevention understanding to every inspection.
